PURCHASED ITEMS THAT ARRIVE AFTER YOUR EVENT DATE:
Please order early---at least 30 or more days prior to your event. If you're ordering sugar for an event, I cannot guarantee that it will be delivered to you in time for your event. I do not issue refunds for items purchased that fail to arrive in time for your event. I cannot control the US Postal Service and can make no delivery date promises.
USING A FREIGHT FORWARDER:
If you use a freight forwarder I cannot make any promises concerning delivery date to your freight forwarder. All I can promise is when your sugar will actually ship out.
3-Day Priority Mail has been known to take 14 days to deliver due to reasons only known by the US Postal Service.
Please also note that your country may require additional fees before you can receive your purchase. I am not in control of or responsible for any VAT fees, customs fees, sales fees or any other fees that your country may require.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
***DAMAGE***
USA & CANADA:
I always include a few extra pieces in case of damage. If damage exceeds the extra pieces provided, please contact me immediately. Let me know the extent of the damage and provide me with a picture. Should you desire a replacement, this will be done at no further cost for you. Should you desire a refund, all the sugar (including the broken ones) needs to be shipped back to me. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund is made within 14 days of receipt of sugar back to me.
ITEMS OTHER THAN SUGAR:
Should your item arrived damaged, please provide me with a picture. Should you desire a replacement, this will be done at no further cost for you. Should you desire a refund, the item or items need to be shipped back to me. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund is made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise back to me.
FREIGHT FORWARDING:
If you use a freight forwarder I cannot guarantee against damage or breakage; nor will I provide a refund or replacement. Sugar is fragile which is why I don't ship my sugar beyond the USA or Canada. There has never been a problem in the past with forwarding the sugar outside the USA; however, there is a first-time for everything. Please be aware of these conditions before you make a purchase.
***LOSS***
USA & CANADA:
Please be aware that a package isn't considered lost until 14 days have elapsed. After the USPS has made their investigation and they determine that it is lost you will be refunded. Please be aware that this process can take up to 30 days.
FREIGHT FORWARDING:
Your package is only guaranteed for loss should it fail to be delivered to your freight forwarder in the USA. After they have received your package it becomes their responsibility to get it to you. Should it get lost after a forwarder has received it, contact your freight forwarder.

***Custom or Special Orders***
I don't generally do custom or special orders, but please feel free to ask. Most of the time I've been able to accommodate customers. Custom orders require payment up front and 3-5 more days before it ships.
***Discounts***
I do not offer discounts regardless of the size of the order. This is a time-intensive hand-made product. It isn't cranked out on a machine. It doesn't take me any less time or any less ingredients to make a larger amount of sugar.
***Wholesale***
I am a retailer, not a wholesaler. I did wholesale for 13 years and I'm no longer interested in selling my products wholesale.
