Sugar Facts

Sugar Colors .... because these sugars are hand-made and the dyes are hand-mixed, variations in color are natural, normal and "ever-so" slight.

Shelf Life .... Like sugar cubes, there is no expiration date to worry about!

Ingredients .... Sugars by Sharon are made from baker's grade superfine sugar. A minimal amount of water and food coloring are added, making this product 99.9% sugar. The ratio of color to sugar is: 1 part color to 768 parts sugar, or 1 teaspoon food coloring to 8 pounds of sugar.

Dissolves Completely .... Unlike some sugar products that use icing sugar for decoration, these sugars completely dissolve in hot or cold liquid and leave no frothy residue floating atop your beverage.

Kosher .... The food coloring I use bears the kosher OU symbol making Sugars by Sharon a kosher product.
